The service or process with potential clients includes a site visit/meeting firstly to identify the needs and wants of the client and getting a feel of what is required. We don’t just quote straight away, we prefer to discuss exactly what you are looking for and we can inform you of various options available.
From the below list of selected projects, you can see that no two projects are ever the same and these questions help us provide the most competitive estimate possible. Secondly, Rough drawings and/or Quotes are provided to client’s requirements and budget. More consultations may follow after this process to reach customer satisfaction.
After confirmation or acceptance of quote, detailed site measures and drawings are produced for the clients’ approval. No further steps are taken until the client is 100% happy and no request too inconvenient. Manufacturing & Assembly of the job starts while keeping constant communication with client. Mid assembly inspections are welcome.
Next is the site delivery and installation on premises. An install is only as good as the design so only skilled qualified tradespersons are used on installation. At Northside Joinery, we pride ourselves by not using subcontractors. We install and finish what we create. Finally, a full site cleanup is performed closely followed by quality control post job to the client’s satisfaction.
